Booking Terms

The gîte is available from 1600hrs and should be vacated by 1000hrs. Bookings normally run from Saturday to Saturday, but this can be subject to negotiation. The gîte should be left clean and tidy, a surcharge may be levied for an unacceptable mess.

A 30% deposit is required on booking, with the balance payable 6 weeks before arrival.

Cancellations

Any booking cancelled before 6 weeks of the arrival date will be refunded in full except for an administration fee of €30. A booking cancelled up to six weeks or less before arrival will be subject to the full rental if we are unable to re-let the gîte for the cancelled period. If we are able to re-let the gîte then a full refund less €30 will be made.

Bookings run from Saturday to Saturday, this can be subject to negotiation. For bookings that span two different rates the rate will be decided by the arrival date.
